Fast delivery of original parts at competitive prices. Our goal is to have the necessary parts on site within 24 hours. Almost all parts are in stock with us or our suppliers. Especially for the regular maintenance we can provide very attractive service packages.

TKPM realizes better than anyone that in case of a malfunction the pressure on the production is huge. We have an extensive service and always strive to be on site within 24 hours. Faster in many cases.
Servicecontract
This contract provides maximum protection against unexpectedly high maintenance. Our goal is to keep the machine availability as high as possible by means of preventive maintenance. In case of malfunction, all mechanic costs are covered and as a bonus there is also a discount on the required parts.

Periodic preventive maintenance is very important. Measurements have shown significantly that the uptime and reliability is increased when the standard maintenance instructions are followed. We have developed in-house specialists, they are able to maintain the machinery using original parts at competitive prices.
Inspectioncontract | ErgoCheck | RoboCheck
The periodic MOT for your machines. These certified inspection provides an up-to-date analysis of your machine. You receive a detailed inspection report and if necessary, a recommendation for replacement parts. Thus, the machinery can be brought back in optimum condition.
Training
We provide complete training for machine control and robot programming. It is also possible that we put together a custom made training for you and your co-workers. Interested? Contact our support department.
Students are in a relatively small group personally escorted (max. 4 persons) and received a certificate. For production we offer training opportunities through our suppliers.
Retrofit
With this service it is possible to equip with the latest operating systems, the extensions of 2K units and the installation of energy resources such as frequency converters and cylinder insulation. This is the ideal way to strongly modernize your machinery at very attractive rates.
